As a Counselling Psychologist, I specialise in providing a flexible range of counselling,

is completely up to you. What is important is that you are able to feel comfortable

Cognitive Hypnotherapy & NLP Coaching:
I am writing about Hypnotherapy and NLP separately to the counselling, psychotherapy,
and psychological therapy section above. This is because sometimes people are wary
of Hypnosis and NLP because of what they have seen on television and media, and are
afraid that they will be controlled or manipulated in some way. This could not be
further from the truth, and is one of the great misconceptions about these therapies.
As a counselling Psychologist, I find that Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP provides
incredibly effective ways of enabling people to relax into their optimum state for
learning, and implement positive life affirming change for themselves. So, if you

Counselling & Psychotherapy Supervision:
My work as a Counselling Psychologist includes providing supervision both to qualified
Counsellors and Psychotherapists as well as students in training. Please feel free

Telephone / Skype / Counselling:
In a high speed society like ours time is often of the essence - therefore Telephone
or Skype Counselling, Psychotherapy & Coaching may provide the ideal solution if
you are restricted by geographical location, mobility, or have transport problems.
You may simply prefer using the telephone over meeting someone face to face. Telephone
Counselling is a flexible way of accessing help when you need it the most. Telephone
sessions can last up to 50 minutes. You are more than welcome to break our telephone
contact down into shorter segments of time to suit your individual needs. You can
purchase Telephone Counselling sessions by the hour in advance by using PayPalsecure

E-mail Counselling / Coaching Package:
The Internet has become the medium of choice these days for all sorts of communication,
so why not for Counselling, Psychotherapy & Coaching. Internet Therapy or ‘e-Therapy’,
although no replacement for meeting a Counsellor or Psychotherapist face to face,
can provide the ideal solution for accessing therapy when you need it the most -
especially if you are restricted by geographical location, mobility or have transport
problems. You may simply prefer or find it easier to work therapeutically through
writing rather than through meeting someone face to face - as with traditional talking
therapies. One of the advantages of e-mail therapy is that because the work that
we do together is in text it can be reviewed and reflected upon whenever you want
in your own time. This can help develop deeper levels of understanding between our
contacts and even after our contact has ended. Please feel free to call me or send
me an e-mail with any questions you may have about how e-mail therapy works. I do
not charge for the first couple of e-mail exchanges. However, please limit each document
length to a maximum of two pages in length per e-mail attachment. If you decide you
would like to continue with your e-mail counselling / coaching, you can purchase

received, I will personally respond by annotating your e-mails and documents. Maximum

Couple Counselling / Relationship Therapy:

Group Therapy can take many forms. Group Therapy can be where individual come together
to work on problems or challenges that they share. Group Therapy can take place with
colleagues or friends that want to explore and enhance relationships. Are you looking

The family is often where we turn when things get difficult in our lives. However,
the family can also present what can feel like insurmountable problems especially
